When attempting to register for a support account on our website, some users receive an error that their email address has already been registered, but may not recall ever registering before.
This situation can occur if the email has been previously used to create an account on the Achronix FTP site, or if a user has had extensive interactions with Achronix in the past (we track customers identities via email). You can reset your login credentials by emailing email@example.com (please ensure that the email's subject is "Please reset my account") and including your:
- Full name
- Company name
- Company address (your physical location)
- Phone number
We will either reset your credentials or create new ones for you, and email you the details.
