I am new to Achronix and would like to start an evaluation of your products. How do I register for a support account?
- Please fill in your details using our Registration Form to create your support account. This registration will help us setup your account and enable self-service so you can request licenses and download our tools and documentation. In addition, the registration will create your support account for answering questions regarding technical questions. If this is your first time contacting Achronix, a sales person may contact you to find out more information about your needs and interests.
When you register for a support account, you will receive an email (with the subject "Welcome to Achronix") with an invitation link to support.achronix.com, our technical support site. Click on the invitation link to set up your support account.

If you have technical questions, please log into the Achronix Support Portal, our web-based ticket management application to file a support ticket. Alternately, once your support account is set up, questions can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org This will automatically log the issue in our support system. Feel free to file separate tickets for each issue you see.
