FAQ
Why doesn't Achronix support RHEL/CentOS 7.0-7.3?
Because RHEL/CentOS 7.4 was the first version to include the stable 3.22 version of the GTK+3 libraries. Earlier versions of the GTK+3 libraries (as found in RHEL/CentOS 7.0-7.3) would potentially exhibit problems in the ACE GUI.
What if we need support for RHEL/CentOS 7.0-7.3 and/or 6?
If you need continued support for RHEL/CentOS 7.0-7.3 and/or 6, please contact Achronix customer support at support@achronix.com.
Will there be any changes to the support offered by Synopsys for Synplify Pro?
Yes, Synopsys will be dropping support for CentOS/RHEL 6, 7.1 and 7.2 after their March 2021 Synplify Pro release.
